Wolf Clan Howls is an American Indian tele-course, speaking directly to Mahinto, offers a connection to the many traditional medicine teachings. Since all things are born from the sacred circle, these presented teachings will introduce you to the original representations for all life forces, we are one. Each subject matter is adapted to fulfill your life as well as many growth levels of spiritual progress, building you a strong and solid foundation.
For a moment shall we take a world view of the spiritual medicine ways of the Big Cat Animal Kingdom? In North America, we recognize the Cougar, who holds the position of the doorway to inner seclusion of self, located in the South door of a medicine wheel. To heal, defend and understand your emotional body, one must embrace a world view of the powers within the big cat families. To co-create with this structured animal, we must follow the rules, build a structured family life, develop quality behaviors, learn survivor skills, control thought process, develop strong observation skills and respect every aspect of cat protocol. This extensive knowledge expands The expressions and the traits of all big Cats are similar but never the same. They constantly observe their surroundings through stalking silence and moments of isolation. Their teachings are revealed through their interrelatedness of all things, slowly revealing a certain type of thinking along with a strong attitude of the mind. They learn through trial and error, always demanding detachment from all negative controlling emotions in the process. Some people have the ability to receive the power to heal through their vision encounters with all animals. The depth of this seven week Study Course will help you comprehend the verbal and symbolic languages of the big cats, so you may develop the ability to bring the shape shifting mental powers into yourself. When I was a little girl, I was taught to watch and listen to the animals, nature and learn about every star in the skies. Follow me with this knowledge. This will help you change the way you solve your problems.
October 27, Lecture 1: Cougar teaches us detachment, endurance, precision and planning. Raw, fierce power and energy. The teachings are about surveying the terrain before jumping in. Becoming the hunter, moving gracefully in balance. On the animal medicine wheel, we can develop all of these powers within ourselves by studying these different lifestyles. This helps you to return to your natural instincts and correct your destructive behaviors. The North and South poles (The Red Road) are the natural doorways to nature. We create our spiritual walk by calling upon the deepest power one must find within their personal power. Cougar is the key to South door power, detachment and disconnection from the destructive emotions. Why respond to negative feelings or worse yet, why be annihilated by another's harsh words and actions? If life is created from a thought, then why not look closely at the repercussions from a thought. Within one negative thought, your emotional body can destroy your physical, mental and emotional stability. A person filled with terror, fear or anger must stop their stinking thinking! Never blame another for your troubled life. Never! Never allow another to use threats, violence or fears to control your life. So, what do you need to escape from the terrorist living in your home? Why stay in the name of love, the children, education or a job when it strips you of freedom and life. Use your logical mind and rid yourself of all deadly emotions. That's Cougar power! November 3, Lecture 2: Throughout history the Lion has made a deep and lasting impact on the human imagination and is always evaluated by the human as the king of the beast. This proud one is associated with the sacred energy of the rising sun, teaching leadership, cooperation, yet refusing all intrusion within their space... November 10, Lecture 3: The graceful yet, fearless Tiger is connected to the moon knowledge reflecting female power, sensuality and passion. To look upon this massive muscular striped form, the tiger will spur thoughts of great mystery and awe within you. Once again, reminding you of your many past lives that are being recognized within a stilled moment of silence... November 17, Lecture 4: They stalk in silence then reveal themselves at the last second. This has always resulted in a quick efficient kill and provides them with many a tasty meal. These cats walk with their paws turned inward to avoid stepping on any object that might make noise. With all the cats that stare you down, you should know how a leopard survives. They are independent and have extremely heightened instincts, with a greater sense of intuition. This trusted inner wisdom has richly rewarded the leopard as well as all the cat families. Their spots are very important. It helps them remain hidden even while moving through the mountains and forest. Dogs or humans are not quite so evolved. Just think of the many obstacles in your life. In fact, when a leopard approaches an enemy, the leopard definitely has the advantage. His shrewdness along with its intense stalking abilities is the sacred power of the Leopard. This night hunter teaches us how to overcome our demons and destructive habits, all the while helping us to renew our life visions. The Leopard demands you seek your calmness in high places, always moving cautiously. Keep your sacred inner walk noiseless, Walk silent with the leopard with an open mind... November 24, Lecture 5: The secret of Jaguar could help humans reclaim their strengths. They bite the head off their prey with powerful jaws. Again they prefer a solitary life. There are many rituals a human must learn in order to gain the power of Jaguar. They are fully feline, but in some ways appears to be otherwise. Their long slender body and short legs remind me of a marten. The flat head seems to be borrowed from the otter giving it the ability as a great swimmer. A Jaguar moves quickly, yet their nervous movements are some what like a weasel. They live in dense covered places making themselves hard to find, capture and almost impossible to study. The Jaguar is sometimes called the night walker. They are the epitome of a dense chaotic storm moving through your life, all the while demanding you to maintain the ability to stand calmly within your center of all you are. The power of Jaguar holds many deep secrets and keeps its affairs to itself, almost always sealing themselves in a web of wander. To join in the medicine of the jaguar, you must have calmness and balance within your total self, before you are ever welcomed to walk with them in the underworld. To use Jaguar power in the above world, they must be honored by an altar with the burning of Copal. December 1, Lecture 6: The Choctaw Indian and the Egyptian culture practice the law of the Lynx. The Lynx has the ability to move through the great silencer of time, space and matter and are capable of finding old lost secrets medicine ways. They do not like to teach and it is very difficult to get his or her attention. They would rather be out chasing a meal and living their own life. But if you do get their attention consider yourself lucky. They usually will confront you and refused to speak with you if you ask them to help your find out something about yourself or another. The only way you can get their attention in a good way, is through the respect of your own strong spiritual belief system. A Bobcat is commonly known as the wild cat, although there are other thoughts on their true identity. Some say the normal bob cat is in reality the Canadian, Spanish and European Lynx. December 8, Lecture 7: Cheetah lives in the grasslands of Africa and Asia. It is very different that the other spotted cats. The body trim and sleek, long legs, a small head and large lungs. From a stand still, the Cheetah can reach its top speed in three seconds, running up to 60 miles an hour. They follow the herds to gather their foods. Fiercely territorial, yet a vulture or a smaller animal can drive them away from their food. History says in 3000 B.C. man trained the Cheetah to hunt for him. The Cheetahs powers are swiftness, focus, speed, making things occur quickly. Fast decision makers. Knowing when to fight, knowing when to walk away. |
